Germans vote for change....Jein?

ok the jein was stolen from the comments of the above blog.
The thing is this, Germany is facing 11% unemployment and some people still don't think they need a change. There sticking the head in the sand. But they are sticking the head in the sand about another thing. What if neither party can get the 51%, the 300 seats, what happens then.
No one wants to even think of that question.
Does anyone know the answer?

I don’t see the problem with the matching funds.Take ‘em and then right the state a check.You could make a real big deal of it.I find it interesting that he needed to take out a personal loan.Not very incouraging.

Also in another article it states that the Corzine camp has just decide(or is just stating) that it will not be in any more debates that it has already agreed upon. It seems that none of the organisers of debates(NJN and LWV) was aware of others trying to get into debates and are not sure what they are going to do.
